This position works with popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a Brand Ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. This sales-based role engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations. Responsibilities: * Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals * Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines * Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits * Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings * Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends * Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent is required * Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space * Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices * 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required * Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time * Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
