Software Developer (On-site)

Location New Berlin, WI – 100% on-site. Responsibilities Designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications. Designing and implementing server-side logic that serves as a bridge between the application's front-end and the databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Individual's work will directly contribute to the application's overall functionality and performance, handling business logic, application workflows, and data transformations. Qualifications Experience with jQuery and Ajax for dynamic client-side interactions. JSON data. Utilize LINQ and XML for data manipulation. NET and .NET Framework: Strong foundation in .NET technologies. ASP .NET and MVC: Building robust middleware components. C#: Strong programming skills in C#. SQL Server and T-SQL: Writing complex queries and stored procedures. Stored Procedures: Creating and optimizing stored procedures. Experience Proven experience in full stack development (5+ years' experience). Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. C#: Strong programming skills in C#. Schedule 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability as needed.
