Machine Operator- 2nd Shift

This position reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift The work model for the role is: Onsite, Flowery Branch, GA Your role and responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision components, verify first-piece quality using precision measuring tools, and perform routine machine maintenance. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documentation while maintaining manufacturing records in SAP and preparing tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, using overhead cranes and precision measuring equipment, and demonstrating strong problem-solving, math, and machining skills in a high-precision setting. Qualifications for the role: HS Diploma or equivalent required. 1 Year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
