Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: Shipping & Receiving SupervisorThe work model for the role is: Onsite, Flowery Branch, GAYour role and responsibilities:Move, deliver, and stock materials/components to support production lines using SAP and Kanban processes.Pull, stack, store, and organize products and materials in designated storage and point-of-use locations.Operate material handling equipment while following safety procedures for traffic, loading, battery charging, and truck maintenance.Maintain accurate inventory records and transport materials, supplies, and scrap according to documentation and work instructions.Qualifications for the role:High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 Year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. Prior leadership experience preferred with the ability to set high performance standards for self and others.Adaptability and organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change, with a willingness to cross-train and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.Technical and operational proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelMust pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
