Job Overview Are you a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives? Our Design Consultants combine their love of design with a knack for problem-solving to create thoughtful, functional spaces for our clients. Success in this role comes naturally to those with an eye for aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients. We’re looking for friendly, driven individuals who thrive on forming connections and helping people. No prior experience? No problem—we’ll train you to succeed! Responsibilities Consult with clients in Orange County to understand their needs, style, and organization goals. Use our tools to measure spaces, gather details, and design tailored solutions. Present designs with confidence and guide clients through their options. Follow a proven sales process to close sales and ensure client satisfaction. Build lasting relationships with clients and network within the local community. Collaborate with our supportive team to continually refine processes and improve results. Qualifications A passion for home design and creating beautiful, functional spaces. Ability to connect with people, listen carefully, and build trust. Comfort with learning new technology to design, measure, and document details. Excellent organizational and professional communication skills. A friendly, competitive, and driven personality. Physical ability to measure spaces and present solutions. Experience building a network of clients through past roles is a plus but not required.
