Technical RecruiterLocation: East AustinType: Contract to HirePay: $45–$50/hour with flexibility based on experienceSchedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PMWork Arrangement: Hybrid – in office 3 days/week; additional in-office time may be required during the first few weeks for training and to build relationships with hiring managersAbout the OpportunityOur client is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. This is a high-volume recruiting environment where the ability to source strong technical talent, manage multiple requisitions, adapt quickly, and bring structure to changing priorities will be critical.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, strong technical sourcing skills, and experience recruiting across areas such as AI, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, IT, Software Engineering, Digital Solutions, and Project Management.This team is open to both agency and corporate recruiting backgrounds and welcomes someone who can bring fresh ideas, creative sourcing strategies, and a different perspective to the recruiting process.ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume requisition load, typically 10–20 open positions during the contractSource, identify, screen, and engage qualified candidates for technical and corporate positionsRecruit for roles across AI, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, IT, Software Engineering, Digital Solutions, Project Management, and related areasUtilize LinkedIn, Indeed, other job boards, and recruiting tools to identify and attract qualified talentDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill technical positionsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profilesConduct candidate screening and interviews while evaluating both technical qualifications and overall fitManage candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experienceAdapt recruiting strategies and priorities as business needs changeHelp bring organization and structure to a fast-paced and frequently changing environmentCollaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team and contribute to a team-oriented environmentQualifications5+ years of professional recruiting experienceStrong experience with technical recruiting and sourcingStrong ATS experience; SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred but not requiredStrong proficiency with Excel and recruiting systemsExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy within manual processesStrong organizational and time-management skillsBachelor's degree required
