Reentry & Case Management Specialist

Job Location: Lawrence, MA (Essex County Pre-Release and Reentry Center – Lawrence, MA). Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm. Position type: Full Time. Salary: $27.40–$28.84 per hour. Monitor offender compliance with all programs and ECSD rules and regulations. Facilitate evidence‑based psychoeducational groups for assigned population as defined by the curriculum and according to Spectrum standards. Provide re‑entry planning for eligible pretrial inmates. Facilitate re‑entry/discharge planning for assigned sentenced populations. Complete Strengths, Needs, and Culture Discovery. Transfer re‑entry data/progress within the continuum (Middleton, ECPRC, WIT, STAR). Provide support and guidance for inmate population to navigate and address needs/issues (Canteen/Inmate Accounts, Property, Visits, Notary services, grievances, and facility processes). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, human services, education or a closely related field required. CADC or LADC preferred.
