Staffing Manager

Position Staffing Manager Location Washington, D.C. (Hybrid) Pay $60,000/year + Commission! Experience Property management and supervisory experience are required. Type Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Overview HireOne Staffing is seeking a Staffing Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. Responsibilities Strengthen day-to-day communications with both clients and employees. Maintain timecard submissions and resolve any related issues. Coaching employees to meet production goals. Meet with clients weekly. Create a resolution and follow-up workflow with the client. Understand, meet, and exceed client expectations to ensure a lasting business partnership. Investigate billing/pay problems and seek to rectify these issues. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Management experience is a plus. Reliable transportation is required. Ability to communicate effectively and promptly. Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
