The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a broad range of patient age groups and diagnoses typical to an ED setting and be prepared to perform all standard ED procedures. Candidates with at least one year of experience and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.Assignment Details\n \n Location: Anderson Hospital\n Shift Details: 12H Nights, 19:00 - 07:00\n Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2214 (negotiable)\n Assignment Length: 1 Year\n Weekend Coverage: Every third weekend\n Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: As needed and agreed upon\n Documentation System: MediTech\n Medication System: Pyxis\n Communication System: Vocera\n Patient Age Group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics\n Responsibilities\n \n Interpretation & Management of Dysrhythmias\n Blood Product Administration\n Central Line Care/Management\n Phlebotomy\n Starting and maintaining IVs\n Continuous IV Sedation\n IV Vasopressors\n Procedural Sedation Administration\n Isolation Precautions\n Qualifications\n Required:\n \n ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications\n 1 year of experience\n General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi expertise\n Interpretation of ABGs\n Experience with CVA, Ortho-Trauma, and Head Injury\n Experience in Near Drowning cases\n Job Type\n Travel\n \n PEL/VIP Job ID #65342562.
