Our award-winning work-life balance is the result of a strong team commitment and industry leading collaboration.Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to AL's success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technicians will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime.
