Production Lead

Atlas Molded Products is seeking a 1st Shift Production Lead for the Fond du Lac, WI facility with an hourly pay range of $25 - $28 an hour. Production Lead Primary Responsibilities Lead and Develop Talent: Onboard and train new team members, serving as their primary mentor and resource for success. Communicate and Align: Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to share updates on safety, quality, and production targets. Champion Safety: Enforce adherence to safety practices and ensure team members have appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process optimizations, fostering a culture of innovation and growth. Problem-Solve and Escalate: Address production issues promptly and elevate systemic challenges to the Production Supervisor for resolution. Ensure Operational Flow: Maintain open communication across shifts with fellow Team Leads and Leaders to ensure seamless operations. Monitor Performance: Update and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics for your area. Standardize Excellence: Develop, maintain, and audit Team Member Standard Work procedures for consistency and efficiency. Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment required. May be required to possess a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record report and insurance coverage appropriate to enable legal and safe driving of vehicle(s) for company-related business Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, whether in a professional or volunteer setting. A genuine people-focused approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities. Proven ability to motivate and guide a team.
