Responsibilities include executing client care plans and documenting daily activities, assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping, and providing clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship.

Requirements include a consistent and flexible schedule, one year of formal caregiving experience in senior care, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements. The working environment includes agency office, client homes, skilled, independent and assisted living communities. The supervisor is the Executive Administrator. The physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers, talk, hear and see, and be physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle.

Compensation includes full-time/part-time job type, starting at $13/hr, depending on experience, weekly pay, pay cards, holiday pay, performance pay raises, and referral bonus (employees and clients).
