Responsabilidades:
Diagnosticar y reparar equipos comerciales de limpieza, incluyendo:
- Aspiradoras verticales (Sanitaire, Windsor, etc.)
- Máquinas para pisos Advance y Nilfisk
- Fregadoras automáticas (side-by-side scrubbers)
- Burnishers y pulidoras de pisos
- Aspiradoras tipo mochila
- Sopladoras y equipos de hidrolavado (pressure washers)
- Equipos eléctricos y de batería para limpieza
- Identificar y solucionar problemas eléctricos, mecánicos y relacionados con baterías.
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo e inspecciones de equipos.
- Reemplazar motores, interruptores, cables, correas, rodamientos, ruedas y otros componentes.
- Mantener inventario de equipos y repuestos.
- Coordinar reparaciones para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad de las operaciones.
- Mantener registros de servicio y reportes de reparaciones.
- Asistir con recomendaciones para la compra o reemplazo de equipos cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia reparando equipos comerciales de limpieza, máquinas para el cuidado de pisos, motores pequeños o equipos mecánicos similares.
- Sólidas habilidades de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas mecánicos y eléctricos.
- Capacidad para leer diagramas eléctricos y manuales técnicos.
- Experiencia con sistemas de baterías, cargadores y motores eléctricos (preferible).
- Conocimiento de equipos Advance, Sanitaire, Nilfisk, Windsor, Tennant, Clarke o marcas similares es una ventaja.
- Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 75 libras.
Habilidades Deseadas:
- Experiencia en reparación de motores pequeños.
- Diagnóstico y reparación de sistemas eléctricos.
- Experiencia administrando programas de mantenimiento preventivo.
- Experiencia en soldadura o fabricación es una ventaja.
- Buenas habilidades de organización y comunicación.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair commercial cleaning equipment, including:
- Upright vacuums (Sanitaire, Windsor, etc.)
- Advance and Nilfisk floor machines
- Side-by-side scrubbers
- Burnishers and floor buffers
- Backpack vacuums
- Blowers and pressure washing equipment
- Electric and battery-powered cleaning equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and battery-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Replace motors, switches, cords, belts, bearings, wheels, and other components.
- Maintain equipment inventory and parts stock.
- Coordinate equipment repairs to minimize downtime for operations.
- Maintain service records and repair logs.
- Assist with equipment procurement recommendations when replacement is needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience repairing commercial janitorial equipment, floor care machines, small motors, or similar mechanical equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Experience with battery systems, chargers, and electric motors preferred.
- Familiarity with Advance, Sanitaire, Nilfisk, Windsor, Tennant, Clarke, or similar equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Desired Skills:
- Small engine repair experience.
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Preventive maintenance program management.
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
