Dusts, cleans, and polishes all furniture, such as chairs, bookcases, paintings in public areas, day rooms, offices, and other common areas on a daily basis; cleans walls, windows, doors, chairs, closets, on a rotating basis as well as vacuums and performs other floor treatments as necessary. Cleans all surface areas of utility rooms, linen rooms, attendant stations, public bathrooms and common dining rooms, including tables after meals, and kitchens, including refrigerators and all exposed shelves. Empties trash in common areas on a daily basis Replaces soap and paper products in resident and public areas on a daily basis and cleans public areas on a daily basis.
