Position: MERCHANDISE SUPERVISOR Role Overview Lead merchandising initiatives within the store, ensuring consistency with brand and operational standards while coaching and developing team members. Key Responsibilities Coaching, training, and retaining talent Championing credit and loyalty programs, educating the team, and promoting guest benefits Executing store merchandising direction, product flow, inventory flexing, and daily store operations to maintain brand experience Using business reports to guide decisions and deliver high standards and results Applying company software, systems, and procedures Inspiring and motivating the team through recognition programs Fostering teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates Performing additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1‑2 years supervisory experience preferred Effective interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem‑solving abilities Proficiency with Zebra PDA, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and payroll/scheduling software Availability to work varying hours, shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Demands Adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds Full body rotation and mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, reaching) Reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
