Relocation assistance, although not guaranteed, may be available.The ideal candidate will have experience in safety engineering processes and standards to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. They will be supporting our programs for defining and architecting a secured missile weapon system. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's System Safety team within Specialty Engineering. This position will require close collaboration with team members of other projects within the organization for security architecture designs as well as external partners and customers.This position requires the selected candidate to work on-site in Northridge, CA. Telework is not available for this position. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
