Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering essential diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care plans
• Identifying and treating a range of acute, episodic, or chronic health issues in collaboration with physicians or independently (depending on your credentials)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or commitment to obtain them within 90 days)
