Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoLead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for Surface Radars and Sensors CenterDeliver insightful financial analysis and variance reports to Surface Radar and Sensors Center Lead to aid in strategic decision-making.Collaborate with Center Lead, Department Lead, and Section Leads to align financial goals with business objectives.Monitor OH Spending and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.Ensure compliance with RTX financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including preparation of presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.Drive process improvements and leverage digital tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.Prepare labor transfers and IOTs as requiredWhat You Will LearnStrategic Financial Decision-Making Learn how to analyze complex financial data to support high-impact decisions that shape the organization's strategic direction. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
