On-Site Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish) Full-Time | Charlotte, NC 1st Shift | Monday–Friday (Flexible On-Call Availability Required) Salary: $40,000 – $43,000 Annually

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual On-Site Coordinator to support workforce operations and administrative functions at a client location in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and reporting, and is passionate about providing exceptional support to employees and clients. The successful candidate will possess strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and workforce reports
• Track employee hours and assist with payroll-related processes
• Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and clients
• Monitor attendance, schedule changes, and compliance requirements
• Assist employees with questions regarding assignments, schedules, and workplace policies
• Communicate regularly with client supervisors regarding staffing and operational needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and records within company systems
• Audit data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support onboarding and other administrative processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and clients

Qualifications Required

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Formulas and functions
• Data tracking and reporting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Preferred

• Previous experience in administrative support, workforce management, payroll, staffing, or coordination roles
• Experience working with databases, ATS, ERP, or workforce management systems
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or warehouse environments
• Experience creating reports and analyzing workforce data
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
