We are looking for a Head of Operations Planning to build and lead our Operations Planning function. In this role, you will oversee demand forecasting, workforce planning, capacity planning, and operational reporting to ensure customer projects are properly planned and delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead the Operations Planning team.
- Develop processes for demand forecasting, staffing, and capacity planning.
- Create accurate workforce and revenue forecasts.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Account Management teams.
- Build dashboards and reports to track project performance and delivery risks.
- Improve planning processes and drive operational efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Workforce Planning, Demand Planning, or Capacity Planning.
- Experience building teams, processes, or operational functions from scratch.
- Strong experience with forecasting, workforce planning, and project planning.
- People management experience.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience creating dashboards and operational reports.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
