What You'll Do Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team Deliver friendly, honest, and dependable customer service Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and store appearance Drive sales and profitability while meeting performance goals Help customers understand their tire and automotive-service options Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive workplace Ensure company standards and procedures are consistently followed What You'll Bring Management experience in retail, automotive service, or a similar environment Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills A results-driven mindset and enthusiasm for coaching others Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting Tire or automotive knowledge is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential Why Join Big O Tires?
