Solar Laborer I - Spanish Moss

Summary Mortenson is currently seeking a Solar Laborer I that will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts. Responsibilities Load and unload equipment and materials Prepare, handle, and supply materials for other crafts Assist in solar panel installation Engage in rigging tasks Assemble rackings Assemble torque tubes Lay out piles Perform general cleanup and debris removal All other duties as assigned Qualifications Preferred construction experience Proficiency with power and non‑powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers; expertise with forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies Strong teamwork orientation, positive attitude, professional customer‑service skills, detail orientation, active listening, and effective communication with openness to diverse input and feedback Capacity for repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs Note: This position description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities.
