Managed by Coral Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company in the Southeast, Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is known for exceptional guest experiences, luxury accommodations, championship golf, spa services, horseback riding, and year-round mountain activities.

About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first smile guests see when they arrive and the friendly face they remember when they leave. You’ll help create incredible stays by delivering outstanding service, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Assist with reservations, phone calls, cancellations, and guest requests
Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
Help create positive guest experiences from arrival to departure
Maintain accuracy with cash handling and billing procedures
Work closely with teammates to support smooth daily operations
Adapt to a flexible schedule that supports resort operations

What We’re Looking For

Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Friendly personality with strong communication skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to work 1:00pm-9:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm
Must have availability to work weekends
