Our team provides our home health and hospice service lines with experienced, dedicated, fully trained RNs across 15 states, from California to Ohio. Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospice setting. Minimum of one year using HCHB/Pointcare EMR Charting RN: Hospice Home Visits Start Date: ASAP Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications - Must have 2 years of recent Home Health/Hospice Registered Nurse experience in the last 12 months. - Must have 1 year of recent Homecare Homebase (Point Care) experience in the last 12 months. - Current American Heart Association BLS Where You'll Work Denver, Colorado Unless directed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement, applications for this position will be considered on a rolling basis.
