Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for Licensed Flex Security Officers! Applicants must Be Available Between Mornings AND Evenings and holidays, if needed.

Hiring for multiple shifts — full-time, part-time, and all shifts. Previous experience in security OR customer service fields is preferred. Earn More for Showing Up Strong Officers who are available and present for every shift they commit to during the quarter are eligible for a $100 Quarterly Perfect Attendance Bonus. Security Officers, sometimes referred to as Security Guards, deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises. Security Officer Positions: Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, control access to all persons to the property, etc. Front Desk: Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, customer service, access control, greeting residents and guests with a courteous demeanor, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, distribute packages, etc. Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents) Must be at least 18 years of age or older Basic computer skills Minimum of one year of customer service experience or security experience
