Job Summary We are hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive for an onsite B2B sales role in Dallas-Fort Worth. This is a full-cycle, high-activity sales position where you will be responsible for building your own pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing deals. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales environment and has a strong background in outbound prospecting and closing mid-market deals. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting Build and manage a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and position tailored solutions Present and sell connectivity solutions to restaurants, healthcare providers, and automotive dealerships Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM systems Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Key Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a B2B Account Executive or Sales Executive role Proven experience selling into restaurants, healthcare, or automotive dealership industries (required) Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience managing a full sales cycle independently Comfortable working in a high-energy, office-based environment Self-motivated, resilient, and highly results-driven Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential Performance-based bonuses and incentives Opportunity to join a fast-scaling, high-growth company Clear career progression into senior sales and leadership roles Collaborative, high-performance team culture with strong support #J-18808-Ljbffr
