Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure required for school-based practice
• Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
• Confident communicator committed to fostering student success
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy for students with a range of communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and measurable goals
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP team meetings
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support generalization of communication skills across the curriculum
• Provide both direct and consultative services as needed, adapting interventions for various age groups and caseloads
