Please no 3rd party subcontractor inquiriesif you have a candidate who is a fit, please apply Software Labeling Project Manager (Loftware) Location: Remote (Must be based and authorized to work within the U.S.) Travel: Occasional travel to manufacturing sites Duration: 6-Month Contract Rate: Competitive (based on experience) About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Software Labeling Project Manager with strong expertise in Loftware labeling systems to support a high-impact initiative within a regulated MedTech manufacturing environment. This position will play a critical role in coordinating labeling system migrations, deployments, and cutover activities across multiple global manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. What You’ll Do Lead coordination of Loftware labeling system deployments and migration activities Support operational readiness for labeling systems during manufacturing site cutovers Coordinate integrations with: Manufacturing execution systems (MES) ERP platforms Packaging and production operations Support label validation, testing, and deployment readiness activities Manage issue tracking, release readiness, and deployment sequencing Partner with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, packaging, IT, and infrastructure Support post-cutover stabilization and issue resolution activities Required: Hands-on experience supporting Loftware labeling platforms Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (MedTech, Pharma, etc.) Background in deployment, migration, or system cutover initiatives Strong understanding of labeling processes and manufacturing operations Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred: Knowledge of UDI (Unique Device Identification) and labeling governance processes Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing integrations Experience supporting global deployments or multi-site rollouts What Client Is Looking For A proactive, detail-oriented project manager who thrives in complex environments Strong ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders Someone comfortable managing ambiguity, timelines, and competing priorities A team player who can drive results and ensure operational continuity during critical deployments Important Notes This role is fully remote, but candidates must be located in the United States and authorized to work within the U.S. Occasional travel to manufacturing sites is required Apply Now If you have experience with Loftware, labeling systems, and manufacturing deployments, we’d love to hear from you!
