About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in finance, particularly in the context of high-volume labor economics. The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance function, including GAAP reporting, monthly close, and strengthening financial controls and policies. This role requires a hands-on approach to business partnering, translating operating drivers into actions that enhance profitability, cash generation, and scalability. The CFO will also oversee IT, including technology strategy, systems execution, data governance, and cybersecurity coordination. A key aspect of the position is preparing for and executing future transactions, making strategic leadership and transaction readiness essential. The ideal candidate will have 12-15+ years' of progressive finance leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked in staffing, healthcare services, or other labor-intensive, multi-location models. Strong skills in FP&A, cash/working capital management, and business partnering are a must. The CFO should be comfortable with labor economics, pricing, gross margin, and client-level profitability, and have a proven track record in leading enterprise systems implementations. Experience with private equity, board, and lender interactions, as well as a CPA and/or MBA, is highly valued. The role demands a strategic leader who can elevate the quality of earnings mindset and support all aspects of the transaction process.
