The role involves professionalization for acquisition readiness, inventory optimization, SKU rationalization, and pricing discipline improvements. The PE sponsor plans an exit around 2030 following a control buyout structure.Key Responsibilities:- Build and lead the finance organization to support growth and eventual exit- Implement scalable, data-driven financial and operating systems- Drive pricing, margin, and inventory optimization initiatives- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting- Support M&A diligence and integration activities- Partner closely with the PE sponsor and boardIdeal Candidate Profile:- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience- Background leading a $10M-$100M manufacturing/distribution company- Strong strategic finance orientation with pricing, margin, and inventory expertise- Private equity experience highly preferred- M&A experience considered beneficialCompensation: Competitive salary, annual bonus, and wealth-building equity grant.
