About the Role

A growing, family-owned company is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join the HR team. This position is responsible for managing benefit programs, analyzing insurance claims, and supporting wellness initiatives. The role is 100% on-site in West Chester, PA, with occasional travel to PA, NJ, and DE.

What You'll Do

• Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs
• Audit insurance claims, invoices, and payroll contributions
• Manage HRIS/benefits systems and compliance reporting
• Serve as employee point of contact for benefits questions
• Lead wellness program initiatives and communications
• Conduct in-person benefits presentations for employees
• Partner with HR leadership, brokers, and vendors during Open Enrollment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience
• Experience with self-funded plans preferred
• Strong Excel and HRIS reporting skills
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and related compliance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
