Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine Nurse-Allied

Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine physician employment in Rhode Island : Are you looking for a rewarding career in emergency medicine? TeamHealth has the perfect opportunity for you! TeamHealth is seeking an experienced physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our emergency medicine team at South County Hospital in Wakefield, Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated NP or PA looking to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered emergency department supported by experienced physicians and leadership.

Qualified candidates should have 1.5 to 3 years of EM experience as an advanced practice clinician. Current ACLS and PALS certifications are required.

About the Role

Full-time position in a supportive emergency department environment
Collaborative ED team with experienced physicians and APCs
Strong clinical leadership support from a dedicated facility medical director and lead APC
Opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a community-focused hospital
Annual emergency department volume of approximately 22,000 visits
Flexible scheduling with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
