They are responsible for assisting with current customer accounts while dealing with a high volume of phone calls. They will maintain relationships with carriers and customers by providing exceptional customer service and solving problems. Other responsibilities include providing quotes and setting up shipments. This is not an entry-level administrative position. The role requires a customer service professional capable of balancing detailed shipment entry with proactive account management in a dynamic transportation environment.
