Pega Lead System ArchitectLocation: Dallas, TXKey Responsibilities:Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworksProvides architecture and design guidance to project teamsProvides thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirementsDevelops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation featuresWorks in conjunction with the project manager to size, manage scope and riskAccountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer baseResponsible for overseeing work of a team and responsible for code quality and mergesWorking with onshore counterpart and BAs and drive the deliverables of the team consisting of 5 individualsRequired Qualifications:LSA Certified (at least level 1)Customer service framework implementation experiencePega RPA design and implementation experience.Experience in architecting and designing Pega based BPM/CRM solutions for large programsExperience in designing enterprise class structure and foundational componentsExperience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutionsDesired Qualifications:Software development (Java, SQL)Knowledge of Agile development and delivery modelsExperience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etcConversant in + other programming languages (e.g., Java, .net, React, Cloud concepts, MuleSoft, COSMOS DB) an advantageDesigning class structures, application frameworks, and data models: Service Connector, integrating PRPC to third-party systems using RESTful Services (JSON, XML, integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms, API, Data model, UI, security in PEGA 8 Yochana
