Role Overview

Titan is looking for a Founding Growth Lead to own paid marketing and become the driving force behind our next stage of B2C growth. You'll decide which channels we bet on, build the campaigns that prove them out, and turn what works into a repeatable acquisition engine; all while keeping a sharp eye on cost efficiency.

This isn't a budget-spending role. You'll own programmatic growth across all B2C paid channels, with reach into lifecycle marketing and our website, and you'll be equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on with execution; creative, ad iteration, dashboards, and the plumbing that makes it all work.

You'll also bring a scrappy builder's mindset: set up the tool, automate the workflow, ship the first campaign, and find the partner who helps you move faster. You'll use a lean stack to create leverage for yourself, because at this stage, you're the team.

What You'll Do

• Determine and test new paid channels for a high-trust, longer-conversion B2C product; this isn't simple ecommerce, and the strategy needs to reflect that

• Execute end-to-end: creative direction, ad iteration, campaign structure, dashboards, and the underlying tracking/attribution setup

• Build and refine the full funnel; paid acquisition, lifecycle touchpoints, and website conversion; as one connected system

• Set efficient cost targets and hold the line on them as you scale

• Move fast without a team around you; build the tools and workflows that let you punch above a team of one

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally having joined a B2C startup and seen it scale; not just running Facebook and Google at large scale, but having built the strategy from scratch

• A track record of testing and standing up new paid channels from zero, not just optimizing an existing one

• Deep comfort with numbers; you monitor performance daily and can speak fluently to what's driving it

• Experience with high-trust, longer-cycle products where conversion isn't a single click (e.g., a phone conversation is often part of the journey), a plus

• A builder's instinct: you'd rather automate a workflow yourself than wait for someone else to build it
