We are looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator to cut, shape, assemble, and finish metal components for production. This role requires strong mechanical skills, the ability to read fabrication blueprints , and proficiency with common metal-working tools and equipment. Attention to detail and safety are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints , measurements, and work orders
- Operate fabrication tools such as saws, grinders, shears, brakes, and drills
- Perform layout, cutting, fitting, and finishing of metal components
- Assist with welding tasks as needed (MIG/TIG/Stick depending on skill)
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and proper fit
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Work with team members to meet production deadlines
- Previous experience as a Metal Fabricator , Fitter , or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Skilled with hand tools and metal-working equipment
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Experience with MIG/TIG/Stick welding
- Familiarity with CNC fabrication equipment (plasma, press brake, etc.)
- Ability to perform accurate measurements and layouts
- Experience in a manufacturing or metal-shop environment
