Job Location: 230 Sleeseman Dr. Corunna, MI 48817 Requirements Related: 2 years (Preferred) Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Data entry and updating for all incoming freight and tracking websites Enter pick up orders via telephone and email Call and email for delivery appointments Request on-line appointments when needed Answering incoming telephone calls and directs callers to destination Resolves complaints of service failures by consulting with designated departments and recommends or implements corrective action to adjust customer complaints. Operates keyboard to input information as directed. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Monitor emails and respond accordingly Route freight on drivers in designated areas Other duties may be assigned.
