In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies and interventions that make a real difference in the lives of students. Your day-to-day will involve working with a diverse range of student needs and the flexibility to contribute both one-on-one and at the classroom level.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Valid Texas teaching certification with SPED endorsements
• Background in special education, social work, counseling, or a related field
• Experience as a school counselor, LPC, BCBA, or in psychology/social work is highly desired
• Knowledgeable in developing and supporting Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Comfortable participating in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 meetings
• Able to respond to classroom and crisis intervention needs effectively

Key responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and monitor effective BIPs
• Conduct and document FBAs to support student success
• Collaborate with educators and staff to provide behavioral support in classrooms
• Participate in essential meetings to advocate for and ensure student needs are met
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing behavioral support as needed

This role offers a competitive starting pay of $30+ per hour depending on experience, for a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
