Program Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing, private-equity-backed fiber broadband company seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead critical technology initiatives supporting continued growth and expansion. This is an opportunity for an accomplished IT program management professional to take ownership of complex technology programs from project inception through implementation and adoption. The role will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology solutions effectively support business objectives. What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical IT programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Manage major technology initiatives including CRM, OSS/BSS, order management, customer self-service, call center platforms, omnichannel communications, automated provisioning, network monitoring, and system integrations. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, and dependencies. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and translate business processes into effective technology solutions. Drive accountability across cross-functional teams and ensure critical milestones are achieved. Identify and resolve risks, issues, competing priorities, and interdependencies. Manage scope and change requests while keeping projects aligned with business objectives. Serve as a key point of contact for program communications, providing visibility into progress, risks, issues, and decisions. Develop testing strategies and coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing. Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems and processes. What We're Looking For 8-10+ years of IT program or project management experience. Experience leading large-scale, complex technology initiatives. Telecommunications, ISP, broadband, or fiber industry experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, APIs, and system integrations. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, and competing priorities. Strong change management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
