Duties

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies accurately using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques
• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure precise assembly of products
• Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency on the factory floor
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow processes
• Assist in inventory management by stocking parts and supplies needed for assembly tasks

Skills

• Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment effectively
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing best practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
