You'll work alongside experienced professionals supporting organizations across the entire employee lifecycle. In two years at C2, you'll gain experience that many HR professionals don't receive in ten years.ResponsibilitiesOversee and support an HR team serving federal contractor clients.Advise client leadership on employee relations, performance management, employment law, and HR best practices.Partner with the Legal Department on investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and government contractor requirements.Collaborate with payroll, compliance, finance, and legal teams to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology and AI.Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through separation.Qualifications10+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.Experience supporting complex employee relations matters.Experience advising business leaders on HR strategy and compliance.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting federal government contractors.PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification.C2 Essentials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
