As a full-time contributor (37.5 hours weekly), you'll utilize your expertise in school psychology to collaborate with educators and families, ensuring students from kindergarten through grade 12 receive the tailored interventions and guidance they need. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current state licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility by start date)
• Demonstrated experience in K-12 school psychology settings
• Comprehensive knowledge of assessment, intervention, and counseling strategies
• Background in collaborating with educational teams for IEP/504 planning
• Ability to adapt services for diverse learners and manage flexible caseloads
• Fingerprint card clearance prior to start
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual student assessments and interpret results
• Develop and assist in implementing IEPs and behavior plans
• Provide individual/group counseling and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support positive school climate initiatives and consult with teachers on best practices
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and reports
