What You'll Do

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care to diverse ages in the ICU setting.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to standards and competencies.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and participate in shared decision-making and practice improvement initiatives.
• Float to other ICUs or medical/surgical units as needed to support staffing needs.
• Promote remarkable customer and family care through active engagement and professionalism.

What You Need

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• Prior ICU experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and prioritize patient safety and care quality
