Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment; flexible scheduling based on facility needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients within a fast-paced ICU
• Monitor patient status and rapidly respond to changes, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer and titrate IV medications, manage ventilators, and operate advanced ICU monitoring equipment
• Offer clear, compassionate communication and education to patients and families
• Participate in ongoing unit initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability in complex situations
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
