Escort guests to their designated tables, assisting with seating arrangements as needed. Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including managing coat check and restroom cleanliness. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and address customer inquiries in a professional manner. Collaborate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure excellent communication and guest satisfaction. Adapt to changing priorities and assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
