Job Responsibilities Accountable for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit. Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient’s status. Participate in the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and high‑quality patient care. Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Job Requirements Completion of an approved nursing program. Current valid OK LPN License. BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
