Pharmacy/Technician

Role: The Pharmacy Technician, Clinical Program Support, is a vital member of the Clinical Pharmacy Team, responsible for operational and inventory management across pharmacy programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist with pharmacy program operations, including monitoring reports, work queues, and workflow activities. Maintain readiness and inventory integrity of Mobile Medication Kits, Emergency Stock, and Site Stock, including replenishment, reconciliation, and documentation. Coordinate medication shipments, verify deliveries, investigate discrepancies, and secure medications per policies. Update and maintain medication inventory records in EMR and other systems, tracking lot numbers, expiration dates, and locations. Support inventory audits, program expansion, and new site implementations. Assist with inventory disposal, regulatory compliance, and routine site visits. Participate in vaccine distribution and medication orientation programs. Travel locally between care sites as needed. Qualifications & Skills Valid Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for routine travel. National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred. COVID vaccination preferred.
