Inventory & Logistics Manager

Description The Inventory & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all inventory control, warehouse operations, material handling, and shipping/receiving activities within a fast‑paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient material flow to support production schedules, and compliant domestic and international shipments. The Inventory & Logistics Manager will lead a team of material handlers and shipping personnel while driving continuous improvement in inventory processes, warehouse organization, and logistics performance. Skills Inventory Management, Warehouse management, material flow management, lean manufacturing, Logistics Management, ERP system, MRP system, QAD, SAP, Oracle, AS9100, ISO9001, EAR/ITAR, ITAR, manufacturing Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, and logistics management in a manufacturing or assembly line environment. Aerospace, aviation, or highly regulated manufacturing industry experience preferred. Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems (QAD, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Experience managing domestic/international shipping, freight carriers, and export compliance. Knowledge of inventory control practices, traceability, cycle counting, and warehouse management systems. Leadership experience managing warehouse or material handling teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00/yr.
