Requirements Active law license in California. Strong organizational and case management skills. Familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Collection or litigation experience preferred; industry training provided for the right candidate. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Active law license in California. Skills Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
