The role also involves leading cross-functional financial workstreams related to M&A integration and providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance and efficiency. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA being preferred. A minimum of 7-12 years' progressive finance experience, particularly in healthcare services or PE-backed environments, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building KPI frameworks, strong internal controls background, and proficiency in accounting and AP/spend management platforms. The role demands the ability to operate autonomously, deliver high-quality outcomes, and experience in multi-entity or multi-location accounting/finance is a strong plus.
